Reginald Adolph Kavishe is an associate Professor. He is the EACCR2 Training Coordinator based at Kilimanjaro Clinical Research Institute (KCRI) in Kilimanjaro. Prof Kavishe (PhD) is an Associate Professor of Biochemistry and Head of the department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at the Kilimanjaro Christian Medical University College of Tumaini University, KCMC and the Kilimanjaro Clinical Research Institute (KCRI).

Prof Kavishe has been conducting research in Malaria and arboviruses ranging from molecular epidemiology to clinical trials. He has authored and co-authored more than 50 publications in international peer review journals. He has supervised and mentored more than 10 PhD students, 20 Masters students.
