In August of 2023, the Kilimanjaro Clinical Research Institute (KCRI) participated in the celebrations during the anniversary of 60th of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Tanzania (ELCT) in Arusha. This occasion offered KCRI a golden opportunity to not only participate in the festivities but also showcase their contributions to the institute and health sector.

As the ELCT exhibition unfolded, the KCRI’s EAPOC team unveiled showcased what they offer to the society as a project though point of care leaving a trail of surprise and admiration among the visitors.

The anniversary was graced with the esteemed presence of Hon. Dr. Samia Suluhu Hassan, the President of the United Republic of Tanzania. The gracious host for this occasion was Prof. Giliard Masenga, the Executive Director at the North Regional Referral Hospital KCMC.
