EACCR Hosts Training on Roles of Investigators

On behalf of the Eastern Africa Consortium for Clinical Research(EACCR), Kenya Medical Research Institute(KEMRI) is hosting a 5-day regional workshop on equipping trainees with knowledge, skills, and roles of investigators began at KEMRI. 

The training includes obligations to protect the rights and welfare of subjects in research are included in the collaborative workshop involving participants from all network sites of the Eastern Africa Consortium for Clinical Research.  

The workshop draws participants from Tanzania, Rwanda, Uganda, and Kenya. Ag. Director Research and Capacity Building Dr. Martin Bundi officiated in the opening on behalf of DG Prof Elijah Songok.
