He is a director of medical services at the ministry of health (Kenya). Previously, he worked as Director and Ag. Principal, JKUAT Karen Campus and Director, Continuing Education Progamme (CEP). He attained a B.Ed (Sc) and MSc. (Mathematics) degree from Kenyatta University and PhD in Mathematics from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology.
